Rural Sourcing, Inc. Names Margaux Kaynard Human Resources and Recruiting Manager

ATLANTA, GA – Rural Sourcing, Inc., the leading cost-effective, onshore alternative to the traditional model for IT outsourcing, has named Margaux Kaynard as its new Manager of Human Resources and Recruiting.

Ms. Kaynard, who had been the Senior Corporate Recruiter and Corporate Employee Relations Partner at Unisource Worldwide, will be responsible for managing all of Rural Sourcing’s recruiting efforts in Jonesboro, AR, Augusta, GA, and Atlanta, GA. In addition, Mrs. Kaynard will be responsible for the overall talent management including recruitment, retention and career growth.

Ms. Kaynard brings a decade of recruiting and HR experience from her time at Walt Disney, Newell Rubbermaid and most recently in Atlanta at Unisource Worldwide.

She earned a Masters of Public Administration from the University of Central Florida and a BA in Political Science from West Virginia University.
